We are very happy with our new sliding patio door, and Bruce (and Mario) are great! We had already been turned away by the Renewal by Andersen people because our old doors had been installed incorrectly and they didn't want to deal with our unconventional door frame. Yet Bruce looked at our doors & surrounding frame and told us he could easily help us. And he did!Everything went exactly as Bruce said it would, from how long it took to get the slider, install it, and how much it cost us. It only took Mario about 4-5 hours to install everything, and afterwards it looked like the slider had always been there! Our kitchen is also 5x quieter as the new door blocks out the extreme traffic noise that we can get behind our house, and the room was much warmer this winter because all the drafty holes of our old door & frame are now fixed.Our new sliding door was installed in November 2025 and we wanted to see how we liked it throughout the winter before we wrote a review. But we shouldn't have worried because everything has been great and we are very, very happy with how it has all worked out. We plan to have Bruce replace a few upstairs windows soon as we work our way through the house one window at a time!
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to get both a patio door and window replacement. After calling multiple companies I decided on One Window At A Time. I was fortunate that they just so happened to have my patio door in stock so I didn’t have to wait. It was installed that same week. My window was ordered and just installed last week. My experience with all parties involved was extremely pleasant. Bruce and all employees were both professional and efficient. I was so pleased I will be having three additional windows replaced as well.
After other contractors tried to convince us to do a full kitchen upgrade in addition to replacing our garden window, Bruce and his team were a breath of fresh air. He gave his honest opinions about what needed to be done, and what we did not need to do for our storm door, kitchen garden window, and garage access door.On the install day he and his team took time to understand the goals and make sure they had a shared vision. Brad, the point person for the construction team, kept me in the loop all day.
