I highly recommend Performance Windows Austin.Everyone was courteous and professional.Zack, our initial sales rep, did a good job of showing us our options and going through the ordering process and time line, and never felt pushy.Emily and her crew of installers were very polite and had the old windows out and the new in really fast ( 16 windows in 6 hours, maybe a little more), and took a lot of care to put down dropcloths to contain the mess, both inside and outside, and did a very thorough job of cleaning up at the end of the job.Zack, Emily, and Anthony were very good about asking if we had questions along the way, or encouraging us to reach out if any questions or concerns arise in the future.The windows themselves are very sturdy and well made, well insulated around and trimmed, and look very nice overall. They were also made and ready faster than I expected them to be.

The installers came on time and immediately started working. The were very understanding and accommodating of me having animals to shuffle around while they installed my new windows. The lead was very knowledgeable and explained what to expect. Prior to installation, Emily came and measured all the windows and was kind and knowledgeable as well. The installation crew installed 11 windows and a new sliding glass door in less than 7 hours! The windows are amazing quality and really made the appearance of my house from the outside (and inside) look great! They cleaned up everything as if they were never here. My windows came with a lifetime warranty, that can be transferred 1 time if we sell our house. All in all I 100% recommend Performance windows!
I have wanted new Energy efficient windows for many years. Even though I am not fond of door-to-door sales, I did hear out Dylan from Performance Windows and I like what he had to say. The company that manufactures their windows has been in business for many many years so I feel that the warranty is sound. The windows are beautiful, and I love all the functions, especially the ability to clean the inside and outside of your windows from inside of your home. Emily and her crew were amazing on the install and a special shout out to Sergio who went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased. All in all, I have to say it was a great experience, even though I had been dreading it for weeks! I would definitely recommend Performance if you are looking to replace yours windows.
I bought my house just over a year ago, the older windows were my biggest concern. So when Dyan approached me about a windows promotion, I hoped this could be my chance. I appreciate the time attention Kamryn put in to ensure I understood the product well and givingvan excellent presentation. I felt this ws a risk I was willing to take. Now here we are, it's installation day! I was very anxious once the crew arived. Angel put my worries to rest; right away. I watched the 3 mam crew( Angel,Carlos,and Fernando) work and I was impressed. So impressed with the level of pride in their work. Once the windows and patio door were finished, I can tell you that I was over the moon with way my house looks. If everyone else at Performance Windows is half as good as Angel, Carlos,and Fernando you are winning. My house looks better now because of the attention to detail and high-end results. Thank you!!
