If you’re looking for custom mirrors or glass work, I can’t recommend Tradeways Mirror Company in Covina enough! The whole process was so smooth—from getting a quote to scheduling. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly nice! The workers who came to install the mirrors were professional and friendly, the lady who handled my payment was super helpful, and the person I spoke with on the phone made scheduling a breeze. Great service all around!
I used this company years ago and they were amazing. Their quality and customer service was exceptional. However, the ownership has changed hands and I was so disappointed. Their quality and workmanship were horrible! Scheduling was a nightmare and It seems like the new owner has a hard time keeping employees. If I could give them zero stars I would! Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache. What a horrible experience! My neighbor tried to get a quote for a smaller project but they were not interested. I would definitely not recommend them!
