Several years ago we had Northwest Exteriors install all new windows and doors in our 1961 house. I have always been happy with the products and they have held up well over the years. I have an extremely oversized sliding glass door that I accidentally got an ornament hook wedged underneath the slider track (my own fault). I was having trouble sliding the door and almost couldn’t get it to even close. I called to see if someone could come out and repair it and they mentioned their service person would not be available for a few weeks. They were able to accommodate me by sending out an installation crew (Tomas and Angel) within two days to remove the door and dislodge the metal hook. They even cleaned the track and lubricated the rollers. My door works as good as brand new! I was extremely impressed with the excellent and prompt customer service I received. Tomas and Angel were courteous, skilled, and very careful with this oversized sliding door. I definitely recommend Northwest Exteriors for your home improvement needs.

Very pleased with northwest exteriors , from the sales person (Joey ) who took his time in explaining everything to us , answering any questions we had to the day of installation for our 29 windows and 1 French door (Large project ) the installation crew was very professional , very clean( Tomas and Angel is two of the crew I remember the names for did an AMAZING job they deserve a raise :)They Made sure to cover my furniture , cover the door so dust didn’t get on my things . I was so very impressed with every single person from this company . They did over all an amazing jobThank you for the great experience and your professionalism and the amazing job you guys did on every single window and door . I have referred all my friends and family to northwest exteriors and will continue to do so.Thank you again .

I’m not impressed at all! If you would like to have wrong items on the day of your install that you waited months for, wait additional months for correct items to arrive, wait months for your project to be finished, and have the worst finishing work then this company is right for you. They didn’t have good follow up even when they knew we weren’t happy. We had to bend over backwards for them instead of it being the other way around. I would never recommend someone use this company unless you like to waste your money and be unhappy. If I would of seen their office in advance I would of realized they don’t care and not used them. For an exterior company why does your business look like this??? I’m very disappointed! Please be cautious if you plan to go forward using them.
