We are a repeat customer of the Glass Doctor Barrie. From windows to shower glass enclosure they never disappoint. A truly amazing experience from visiting the showroom & greeted by April who was very friendly, knowledgeable &helpful. The first visit came quickly, Bill was over to do his measures & was very thorough & answered all our questions. Glass Doctor always returned calls quickly & came as promised. We unfortunately broke a window with a sidewalk plow at a commercial property we maintain. Glass Doctor of Barrie made fixing our mistake completely effortless. Jill and April made the scheduling and quote process quick and easy — we had it paid for and scheduled for installation within minutes. Mitchell and Daniel were the technicians who handled the measurements, arriving within about 30 minutes of setting everything up. The new window was fabricated and installed before lunch. Because of the professionalism and efficiency of the amazing staff at Glass Doctor of Barrie, our mistake didn’t disrupt our customer’s business too much. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend them!
