Glass Doctor was excellent start to finish. Very professional and we are so pleased with the product. We had a large window fail (84” x 90”) They perfectly matched the European tinting. We unfortunately broke a window with a sidewalk plow at a commercial property we maintain. Glass Doctor of Barrie made fixing our mistake completely effortless. Jill and April made the scheduling and quote process quick and easy — we had it paid for and scheduled for installation within minutes. Mitchell and Daniel were the technicians who handled the measurements, arriving within about 30 minutes of setting everything up. The new window was fabricated and installed before lunch. Because of the professionalism and efficiency of the amazing staff at Glass Doctor of Barrie, our mistake didn’t disrupt our customer’s business too much. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend them!
I heard all the marketing for Glass Doctor and they were the first call I made for Glass Doors for my new Wine Storage Room (it is really more of a "closet" than a cellar).From the first call, I was very impressed by the team I spoke to. April and Jen were very professional and eager to support my custom job. They offered some good suggestions and custom features.Glass Doctor was not the cheapest quote I received, but I felt like their quality would be the best.Chris was excellent to work with - booking my measurement and install appointments - and he met my aggressive timeline.And then the install......done with style by Bill and Aidan. Now, I likely have some OCD and these guys definitely have some as well! Amazing attention to detail and a very precise install of my new glass doors. I had debated installing the doors myself, but watching them do it -- professional install was the right call!All in all.....definitely a 5 star service.Like most things, you get what you pay for and Glass Doctor Barrie delivered. I brought in a mirror to get replaced and April's customer service was amazing! When I returned Jenn assisted me, just as amazing! I tried their Glass Doctor Glass cleaner on the mirror and later on my own kitchen windows. As you can see the glass is perfect - I have found my new and only glass cleaner.Thank you both for being so wonderful and I will definitely return with any mirror or glass needs and for more glass cleaner.The owners are very fortunate to have such wonderful ladies as their front line for their business - congratulations :-)
