We had our windows replaced in late 2017. The presentation and no-pressure talk with the salesperson was informative without being pushy. The work they did was excellent! We had over a dozen windows replaced and not a single problem with the installation.About a year ago I noticed one of the screens beginning to separate from the frame, they came out and replaced it in no time.Flash forward to today. We're remodeling our guest bathroom and noticed we could see a couple of tiny points of light between the window and the frame. We called Relief, they stated it would be a $150 service charge if it wasn't anything to do with their product. Javier & Josh came out, assessed it and decided there was no charge needed. They filled the insulation in around the window where the demo'ing had shown some empty spots quickly and efficiently.We really couldn't be happier with Relief Windows.
We had three large windows in our kitchen replaced. From sales to installation to service, Relief did a great job for us. The estimate and sales processes were quick and easy. The windows arrived far sooner than expected, and were installated about two weeks after placing the order. I appreciate that the installation team arrived10 minutes early. They were clearly experienced and competent in the removal of our old windows. Our stucco remained uncompromised throughout the process. They installed the new windows with care and skill. They then applied sealant around each window inside and out. Upon finishing, they thoroughly cleaned up our kitchen and outdoor space. They even swept the floor. They showed us how to operate the windows and asked if we had any questions. The windows themselves are really nice. They open from the bottom and also from the top for a transom effect. In addition to locks, each window has an additional security feature, a lever on each side which allows the windows to be left partially open while eliminating the possibility of unwanted entry from the outside. (See photo) We learned early that Relief’s service is good when we had some difficulty locking one of the windows. We called and were connected to a service tech who guided us through troubleshooting and correcting the issue on the spot. Relief windows have a lifetime warranty, including broken panes. We’re very happy we chose Relief.
Overall amazing experience with relief windows! Don helped us get all the windows picked out and pricing options. Everything went quick and smoothly. He was very knowledgeable and was able to make the process easy for us. Within just a few weeks the windows were ordered and ready to be installed. Jonathan and his guys came out to install and did a great job. They arrived on time and left each install spot spotless after, no mess or clean up at all left over for me to do. I would definitely recommend relief windows, I am 100% pleased!
Everything part of my experience with Relief Windows exceeded my expectations. I was able to an estimate very quickly--and the price was better than expected. I had 24 windows replaced and the positive impact to my house was phenomenal. When they came in from the factory Relief Windows worked with me and my schedule and the install took a day. Great job, pleasant and efficient team members. My house looks better both inside and out and I love the extra light in my house. Don't go anywhere else!
