Renewal by Andersen of Southern Louisiana

We needed to replace one rotting wood window in our dining room. We’re in an older house and were worried we would have to replace all the windows to make sure the look was consistent. JP came to look at it and we were able to only replace the one because they had a window style that very closely matched the paned older look of our other windows. The window install process was very fast and straightforward. We’ve now had the new window for a month and overall we are very happy with the result. We plan on using RBA to replace another older window in a different room later this year.

I couldn’t be happier with my new windows or the team that installed them. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly stress-free. The installers arrived right on time, treated my home with care, and worked with impressive attention to detail. They explained what they were doing at each step, kept the workspace clean, and made sure everything was perfectly sealed and functioning before they left. The quality of the installation is excellent — the windows look beautiful, operate flawlessly, and have already made a noticeable difference in comfort and noise reduction. It’s clear the crew takes pride in their work, and it shows in the final result. If you’re considering new windows, I highly recommend this team. Skilled, courteous, and efficient — truly a top-notch experience.
