The installers were just as impressive. They were on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job faster than expected without sacrificing quality. They kept everything clean and tidy throughout the process and left our home spotless when they were done.

We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend this company to anyone needing new windows!

After the installation of our sliding glass door the lead-installer pointed out a manufacturers defect the size of my baby finger nail. I told him that I was fine with that but he insisted on replacing the entire door. He ordered another door and after it arrived a gentleman came to replace that segment. It took around 30 minutes to replace ( that segment weighs over ~120#s ) the door. He cleaned up his mess, I signed the paperwork and off he went.

What impressed me most is the integrity of Window World. If the lead-installer had not mentioned the manufacturers defect I would have NOT seen it. The follow up was just as notable. The gentleman performing the re-install was professional and tidy. He also aligned the locking system to where it is very easy to lock at night.

Definitely a 5-star rating for Window World.

Windows are beautiful and installation day was easy! Only things to note was after inspecting the windows and general area around the windows I noticed that several shards of glass were elsewhere in the rooms. I also didn’t notice originally but they stepped on my plants outside and unsure if they killed them yet. However, around the windows they did their best to clean up - I just wish a vacuum was with them so they could have ensured no glass was left behind for my young family.
