We just had Pella Impervia fiberglass windows and patio doors installed, and we could not be happier! The windows and doors look fantastic, and feel like they are very solid and reliable. Sam, our point person from Pella in Beaverton, was very helpful throughout the project. Our house offers some challenges that scared off some other window companies. Sam did extra research, and came up with a solution that works! It took about only 6 weeks from placing the order to getting the installation. The installers were courteous, professional, and showed great craftsmanship. We asked for a slightly unusual trim to match the design of our house, and they came up with a great solution. The installers worked fast and efficiently, I couldn't believe that 3 people could install so many windows in just 2 days. The house is more comfortable and beautiful after this upgrade. We would recommend Pella Beaverton to anyone.

Yasmine and Larry provided the absolute best customer service anyone could possibly hope for. A critical component on my 30yr old sliding screen door failed. Support ended years ago and there are no parts to be had anywhere. But Larry found one laying in a shelf on service truck! And the door is as good as new! A great team effort. A joyous Pella customer!
