I was in need of a windshield replacement for my 2019 GMC Canyon and called Martin Glass on a Wednesday afternoon and spoke to Annie. She patiently took my information and said they had a windshield in stock. Annie explained everything I needed to know regarding cost, installation options (mobile service or drive to their location...same price!), and choice of payment (no extra charge for a credit card). I opted for the mobile service at my house for the next day. Alonzo called at 7:15 the next morning and said he and Jamar would arrive in 15 minutes. An hour later the job was done perfectly! From beginning to end, I felt at ease knowing I made the right choice selecting Martin Glass for my windshield replacement. It was a bonus that the price was over $100 better than a nationwide competitor. ??

Long story short Martin glass came out and replaced the windshield on my vehicle, they did an excellent job with that, I had a minor complaint afterwards, but they went over the top to rectify the situation. The customer service they showed has gone by the wayside. They have earned a life long customer.

Awesome local company. We popped in last week to their Belleville location to see if they could help us install some glass on 4 cabinet doors. Took 5 minutes to get a very reasonable quote, and we had the glass installed within 3 days. Super efficient and friendly service. Goes to show why supporting local family-owned businesses is always the way to go. We'll be back for future glass needs for sure.
