Scott and his team saved my butt! I was getting roofing and siding done and that company ran into some rotten wood that needed to be replaced. I had to have my chimney base rebuilt and the wood above my garage door replaced. The roofing and siding company quoted me almost $5,000! I called Quality Installation & Home Improvement. Even though they are booked out months due to storm damages in the area, Scott came out the next day to take a look, sent a team out the following Monday, got the job done in less than a day, and got the job done for less than 1/4 of the estimate the other company quoted me! The world needs more honest and hard working men like Scott and his teams! I will forever have his company coming to do all my house work from now on, because it’s hard to find a company you can trust.
Scott was easy to work with when we decided to purchase new vinyl windows in May 2022. We are very happy with our windows and have noticed a difference in our electric bill over the past year which was great. Scott responds to my phone calls and has been very helpful. Price was fair.Last night (2/27/24) one of our windows broke accidentally and I called Scott around 4:00 PM and he took the time to see if he had an extra window in his warehouse to help us out while we get the window repaired. We got very lucky as Scott found a window that fit perfectly and brought it right over and took good care of us. This is outstanding customer service in my book and my husband and I really appreciate the extra effort he made to help us out in a pinch.I added a couple of photos of just a few of our beautiful windows.
I hired Quality Installation to make my deck 4 ft longer to create an 8’x17’ uncovered section of deck, add a 12’x16’ screen room to the deck, and replace a window with a door to the screen room. I was very comfortable having Scot, the owner, and all the workers at my home. They were professional, friendly, and responsive to my requests. I couldn’t be happier with the final product. There were a couple of minor problems, which Scot promptly addressed to my complete satisfaction.
