We were really excited to use lifetime because of all their great reviews. The sales guy was great at first. It all started to fall apart when the timelines we were originally given were not met. I can understand being a little behind on things, so we would reach out to the sales guy (only person we had worked with so far) to see where things stood and we wouldn't hear back from him.Once the doors and windows were installed, we were incredibly disappointed. The side panel window we ordered looks like a dr's office window. We mentioned it to the guys installing and they said everyone ends up not liking that type of window - and if you get that type of feedback often, you'd think you might mention to new customers. The only pictures we saw ahead of time were cartoonish so there is no real way of knowing how it will look.The caulk job around the trim was so incredibly bad, too. Our normal siding/handyman guy came over about a week after they left and that was the first thing he noticed - his dad came over the same day and also mentioned how bad it was. They then pointed out where it was already cracking. Lifetime did come back out to fill the cracks, but I'm not sold that it completely sealed and expect to have problems with it in the future.I've had all new windows and doors installed in other houses (in Texas) and so I had somewhat of an expectation about the craftsmanship to expect, and Lifetime did not meet that expectation. I had a lot of cleanup (of the trim/paint) to do after they left. I really wanted to love this place bc we will need to be replacing the rest of our windows in the near future, but unfortunately it just left a bad taste in my mouth.I will say - everyone we've talked to and the guys that installed were all incredibly kind.
Professional is the theme with lifetime windows and doors! We had the Carl Roberto installing 10 windows and 2 doors. Those men put in so much love into their labor! There was no fiddling around, no smoke breaks, no complaining, just hard work! The standard of craftsmanship is too notch, along with the customer service in the office! We are so greatful for the quality and respect we received from the team! Our home looks new! We are so happy we chose Lifetime!!!

They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done right before they left.
