My experience was overall very good. We love the end result and it's all beautiful. There was a few communication errors that led to confusion and timing misunderstandings but with the given circumstances, understood and ok overall. I do hope installation completion estimates will be clarified for future customers to help them plan as well because the work completed is wonderful.
Far too expensive. I wouldn't trust them to do my windows. Door looks good! Do get me wrong It's a basic door. Not anything fancy over 4k plus the charging for installation. Ridiculous! Hell at that price. I guess the only constellation for this price is a few days vacation trip. I forgot to mention the installation guys didn't thoroughly clean up their mess and put things as they were. Their supervisor. Tried resolving the problem. But he couldn't. Disappointment was too overwhelming. I just know not to use the services of this company ever again. I could have purchased at 4 doors at this same price and then sum.
Needed 3 windows replaced. Salesman was friendly and polite. He explained all of the advantages to their windows and got us a good price. Happy with our choice so far. They have not installed them yet. The only suggestion I would have is if the salesman would back off his aftershave a bit.
***UPDATE***We have had our windows (almost 3 months) and doors (almost two months) and we are so very happy that we did it! The home has had a total transformation from the look to the energy efficiency. The window team was very professional, helpful and knew their job very well. They cleaned everything, and sealed everything very meticulously. The team that came in to install our doors was the same, they made sure everything fit right and was done right. We had a very large door opening that we knew would of been a hard project, but they completed it with ease and patience. Both teams finished the inside and outside of the home, and walked through with us to make sure we were happy with the framing, the sealing that they did and the finishing to tie it all in and seal the outside. Our house looks AMAZING and Champion and their teams did an AMAZING job!We are also seeing a great savings on our energy bills! Thank you Champion of Birmingham! Please add another satisfied customer to your list!Max Klein was a very nice and knowledgeable salesman. We had a few estimates ran for our home, some from local companies and one from ..... the big blue one. Also the quality that Max showed us and explained to us helped us to make that decision. He also believed in the product that Champion of Birmingham has, which also helped us to believe in it. That speaks volumes when their sales associates believe in the product!Max answered all of our questions, and made us feel very at ease. He never once tried to get us to buy more than our budget, and he helped us to save money as well. My husband and I feel confident that we made the right choice going with Champion of Birmingham to upgrade our home. Thank you Max!We look forward to our new windows and doors soon!
