What customers say

Window and roofing customers praise efficient crews and cleanup. One window customer said the installers arrived when expected on both visits, while a roofing customer reported a one-day job. One customer said a Jacuzzi bathroom remodel slated for two to three days took 20 days, with a wrong shower base and an order change made without communication; attempts to reach the salesperson drew no reply until the next day, and the owner did not respond to phone or mail.

Sandy Kadrmas

Horrible experience with our Jacuzzi bathroom remodel. The 2-3 day project turned into 20 days. On day 1 they sent an inexperienced bathroom installer over by himself, with the wrong shower base, Not realizing until the bathtub was removed that it was 2 inches smaller then the one we ordered. Tried several times to get ahold of our salesmen, with no reply until the next day. The following day we were told they could no longer get the base we ordered & it wouldn't fit anyway. LIES, first of many. Turns out they could get the base we ordered, upper management took it upon himself to change our order without any communication to us & expected us to go along with it, how unprofessional! We tried reaching out to the owner (Paul) by phone AND mail, again with no reply or response. This is just a small portion of what went wrong. The installers we had were very polite and apologetic, felt bad they have to deal with issues that upper management changes with zero communication to anyone. We would NOT recommend ABC Jacuzzi bathroom remodel. Worst remodel experience ever!! If you do however decide to use them for any services, make sure you read every word on that contact before signing.

Dave and his siding crew were great to have on our project. I really appreciated their problem-solving skills, two-way communication, and attention to detail both during the work day and while cleaning up. While I hope to never worry about my siding again (knock on wood!) if the time comes, I hope Dave and his crew are willing to return.
