Don't buy these windows..Jesse is very helpful and prompt but we have only had these windows since 2020. The windows leak so bad I just put a towel to stop it blowing in. Every year it gets worse and worse. Frost and ice on the windows ..I guess we get what we paid for
Very disappointing. We enjoyed seeing Jesse's commercials on television and his business was the first choice we made to replace a window in our home. He arrived on time and gave us an estimate. As he was writing it out, he suddenly began rambling about how the reason for so many people's miseries in the world was due to them not having "God" in their lives. We were both shocked that he would start preaching in another person's home and he clearly has never thought about the belief's (or lack thereof) of other people. The first rule of being a business owner is you keep religion and politics out of the conversation. Doing so alienates potential customers. We did not feel safe with this person in our home after his shift in demeanor. We were so appalled after he left that we decided not to give a cent to this person. A prime example of Christian nationalism. Would not recommend.
Jesse and his team did excellent work. We are very happy with the product (patio door) and job performance. Would highly recommend them, and plan on having them replace a living room window in the future.
Jesse replaced 2 exterior doors and 2 large basement windows for us. Due to the sizes these needed to be special ordered but he kept me updated and was easy to get ahold of when I had questions. Everything was installed quickly and professionally. We're currently in the middle of a cold winter & the new doors & windows are making a huge difference!
Jesse was FABULOUS to work with. He and his crew installed several new windows for us over the past couple of years. He’s done work for my parents and two of my siblings. They were also very happy with his service. He’s very professional, personable and respectful. They were very courteous and cleaned when finished with the job. I highly recommend Jesse!!
