Childers Door Service of Central Illinois

The Childers Team, I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for the outstanding experience I had working with your company. From the very beginning, Jarrod’s in-home estimate was professional, accurate, and straightforward. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process feel easy and transparent. That level of professionalism immediately gave me confidence that I was working with the right company. Then Alex came out to complete the installation, and I was truly impressed. His speed, accuracy, and pure professionalism were second to none. The quality of his work speaks for itself. He was efficient, detail-oriented, and respectful of my home throughout the entire process. It’s rare these days to find a company that delivers on every level — professionalism, quality workmanship, integrity, and customer-first service. Childers exceeded my expectations in every way. I will absolutely be using Childers for all of my future needs and will gladly recommend your company to anyone and everyone looking for exceptional service. Thank you again for such a fantastic customer experience.

My door cables needed replaced and the opener was acting up. I called and they were able to get someone out to my house same day. Alex was my tech. he explained everything, gave me repair options with prices and had the door operating again in an hour. amazing service and expertise.

Our garage door needed repair because something failed. They came when they said they would, repaired it in under an hour and the price was very reasonable. Friendly repairman who did a great job for us. Door works as good as it did when it was first installed. Very pleased.

I found this company online. I looked up reviews, took a chance and called them. We're so glad I did. Very pleased with Childers Door Service. Salesman Jarrod really knew what he was talking about. His expertise blew the other companies we contacted out of the picture. The installers, Dave, Jeff, Brandon, and another gentleman (sadly, I don't remember his name), were great. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and everything you could ask of someone coming into your home to do work. The price was reasonable. The doors fit, look great, and we will contact Childers for any future projects we might need.

Great service and installation! We had three large windows replaced. The guys were professional, paid attention to detail, and were friendly. The installation was tedious since the windows are encased around stone…we are glad we went with Childers since this required more craftsmanship. Excellent Experience!!!
