I had them replace 7 windows in my house along with a patio hinged door. They were beyond flexible with me on timing, picking the right windows, and doors for the house. Their crew went beyond that to also fixed the trim around the inside of the windows, and seal them to give me the cleanest look both inside and outside of the house.
