I couldn’t say enough good things about this company and their salesman Michael Albanese. The kind of customer service I received from Michael is rarely found these days. He was there from beginning to end guiding me along the way. He also saved me a lot of money by suggesting I file a claim with my insurance because I had hail damage that I was unaware of. I would have had no idea about or even thought about filing a claim. He took the time to go through all the paperwork so that I could understand every step. Then he bought out samples of roof colors, and kept in contact through the whole project. Who does that anymore? Most contractors disappear and are not reliable. Not this one. I highly recommend this company and Michael for all your renovations. You won’t be disappointed.
The customer service at Weather Tech was excellent. Brock came and inspected my roof and gave me the estimates for repair or replace. There was a hole in my roof, Brock even came back and patched it while I made my decision. Danny was so nice and so helpful. He took the time to explain the process and answered any and all questions. He came back and inspected my roof again before install to ensure the job would be done right. The crew did a wonderful job and were very respectful of the property and cleaned everything up when they were finished. A couple of weeks after the install a tech came by and inspected the roof again. I would recommend Weather Tech if you need a roof install or repaired. They really take care of their customers.
I had a great experience with Jake Lockridge when helping my mother look into a new roof. I very much appreciated Jake's kindness and hard work, adjusting to make sure we had a competitive bid with examples of a completed job that was similar to our situation. Jake clearly cared about the project and also the safety of animals on the property. He made the whole thing as easy as possible. He had excellent and timely follow through, answered all my questions, and had a willingness to ask questions to be sure he understood and met our needs. I appreciate the excellent customer service!
These people are very good at doing their jobs. I am very satisfied with my new roof. I tried two different companies that recommended my insurance and they were not good at all. But since I was on the phone with Weather Tech Renovations LLC they were very attentive, kind, very interested in me and very professional. James Medrano was great, he made everything very easy, he always explained everything to me in detail and even took many before and after photos of everything.
