I was referred to Caner by a friend and throughout the process they exceeded expectations. Solomon, our salesperson was very consultative and provided great guidance through the design process of choosing the windows and doors. Then the installation team lead by Freddy did an exceptional job. There was very little dust compared to what i was expecting, the installations were done very efficiently and they did a great job cleaning up. In total it was 15 windows and doors and it all went incredibly smoothly. Once installation was complete the home office did a great job following up to be sure we were happy. Excellent experience, highly recommend.
We recently completed a full hurricane window and door upgrade with Caner Windows and Doors, and the entire experience was absolutely exceptional. It made a huge difference to work with someone so committed to great service.The permitting and approval process moved faster than we imagined, which was a huge relief. We have a large home with many windows and doors, yet the Caner team brought in a talented and efficient crew who completed the entire installation in just two days. Their workmanship was outstanding, and we passed inspection on the very first attempt.We also want to highlight Yandy, the project manager. He was wonderful to work with organized, professional, and always making sure everything stayed on track and up to the highest standard.After hearing so many stressful stories from friends and neighbors who went through similar projects with other companies, we were prepared for complications. Caner did a great job overall from the initial contact to finishing of the project! Michael Argano was our contact who was super educational and consultative about our 2 Hurricane/impact door project. Every communication was timely, responsive, and professional. They handle everything from start to finish which included the HOA design approval which was awesome as not all contractors are very skilled at navigating an HOA approval process.Their team communicated/coordinated permit approval, installation, and post installation inspection without a hitch! We installed a front and back door to our townhouse - they did a great job!

The installers were on time, friendly and clean. The company confirmed that the installation was satisfactory several times during day and upon completion. We love our new windows and doors from Caner, they look great. We went with Caner because their reviews were great, and their warranty was the best amongst the quotes we received from 4 competitors.The installation went perfectly. Ruby and his team did a fantastic job.Our neighbor has the same front door but purchased/installed by a big box company and they unfortunately had many problems with their installation. Our front door installation as well as all windows and doors were perfect with no problems and the doors shut perfectly.I always judge a company not based on whether everything goes perfectly but how they respond if it doesn’t. We had an issue with two cabana doors that were supposed to have privacy glass, but it didn’t meet our privacy expectations (this was a manufacturer problem). The owner (Daniel) personally came to our home to look at the doors and went above and beyond to come up with a solution which is much appreciated. He stated that he wanted to make sure we were happy with our windows and doors when they were finished.Everyone in the office that helped with our order, installation, inspection, and resolutions were great, specifically Mara, Jeff, and Julian.For anyone considering impact windows and doors the noise reduction and peace of mind are well worth the cost, and we would highly recommend going with Caner Impact Windows and Doors.
