Boise Custom Windows

Boise Custom Windows exceeded every expectation from start to finish. If you’re in the Treasure Valley and need windows or doors done right, this is the team to call. What immediately stood out is that they use their own in-house, factory-certified installers — no subcontractors. That alone gave me confidence, and it showed in the quality of the work. The crew was professional, respectful, and clearly skilled in finish carpentry. The attention to detail was next level. As a certified contractor for Pella, they offer high-quality, energy-efficient vinyl, fiberglass, and wood windows with strong warranties. You can feel the difference in craftsmanship and performance. They don’t just swap out windows — they can even build new window and door openings if needed. That kind of capability separates them from most competitors. They serve Boise and the surrounding Treasure Valley, including Nampa and Meridian, and their reputation for professionalism is well earned. Free consultations, financing options, and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you want high-quality installation, energy-efficient products, and a company that takes pride in doing the job right the first time, Boise Custom Windows is the one. Five stars without hesitation.

This is a top notch company and I highly recommend checking with them before making a decision. They are a locally owned business with great prices, reputation, service, and people. Steven came for the initial estimate. Taylor came for final measurements. Fernando was a great foreman and Aspen was a wonderful point of contact and communication. Everyone was friendly, accessible, and did excellent work, on time and as promised. Support local business and get treated better than you might from the big corporations. I surely did.

Spoke with a a few window replacement companies before meeting Taylor and his team. The other guys were high pressure (would only make an appointment if both spouses were there on a work day to ensure you couldn’t use the “let me talk to my husband” line. And the prices were astronomical. Taylor came in. Gave me all my options and never pressured us in anyway. Not that they had to, with their prices and customer services, it was a no brainer. Once they got their windows in and it was time to install, I was amazed at how quick and efficient they were to get old windows out and new windows in. It was a thing of beauty! And the end result? I literally felt like I was in a completely different, new house. It was amazing! Thanks Taylor!

From beginning to the end, Boise Custom Windows was kind, professional & courteous. Taylor, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable & genuinely approachable. He took the time to understand exactly what we envisioned, offered additional suggestions, researched various window options and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The installation was smooth and efficient. The final outcome greatly exceeded our vision and expectations. What impressed us the most was their outstanding work ethic, attention to detail, professionalism & quick responses to texts, emails and voicemails. It’s clear they take great pride in what they do, and it really shows in the final result. Boise Custom Windows is the company you can genuinely trust to take care of you & your home.
