Window World windows are great! Tyler was our salesman who came to our home to give us a quote. He was very knowledgeable and showed us all the different windows they carry. He was there from the order thru the install. Handled all questions and we are totally satisfied with him and all the people involved with the installation. Would highly recommend them for the quality and price point and customer service.

The guys were there on time - they were fast, friendly, efficient & cleaned up afterwards. Tyler checked in during the process - he is very detailed & follows through - very professional! What an amazing experience all around with the team at Window World of Boise! The salesman Sean did a great job not only showing us the product and what services they offer but kept everything transparent and an easy-to-understand cost breakdown for our project. There was no pushiness, pressuring, or "you must sign today for the best price" gimmicks like some of the other competitors use. After receiving numerous quotes from other companies and always feeling the discomfort of having to commit to them on the spot, we truly appreciated this aspect of our experience with Sean. On install day Shayn and his crew were efficient, clean, and really went the extra mile to ensure all was taken care of for us. Since install, we've noticed a HUGE difference in outside noise, temperature control, and overall curb appeal of our home. Lastly, we appreciate Bill and Yo at the showroom who also assisted us with some final questions before moving forward with our project.
