Signature Windows + Doors Boulder

We began working with Signature Windows and Doors a few months prior to the Marshall Fire. After spending months speaking to representatives from multiple window brands & dealers we decided to proceed with Marvin primarily because of our experience with Boone Becker of Signature Windows and Doors.
Boone Becker has a wealth of knowledge of not only Marvin products but windows in general. His expertise allowed us to optimize our budget by making changes to our window package that added functionality and aesthetic value. His demeanor and passionate approach to his work made him a delight to work with.

After we lost our home in the fire, everyone at Signature Windows and Doors did everything possible to help us in our rebuild process including holding our windows and screens in storage for us through multiple delays at zero additional cost. Signature Windows and doors also installed all of our larger assemblies and did a fantastic job. Ben, the VP of installs and operations was responsive and organized. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would personally like to thank every employee I worked with at Signature Windows from Bruce Wamsley the Director of Customer Service and Logistics , to Luke Luedtke the sales consultant who helped us with our Trustile door order, to the delivery team who went above and beyond to safely and quickly stage the windows and doors on our construction site. We will happily be using Signature Windows + Doors for any future projects we have in Colorado. I would strongly suggest working with Signature Windows + Doors, and especially with Boone Becker.

Signature Windows & Doors is the most professional home improvement team we have ever worked with. They replaced all our windows and 3 large slider doors. The installation crew arrived on time and worked hard every day, always answering any questions, responding to requests, and cleaning up every evening before they left. The office coordinator always replied promptly and addressed any questions we had during the project. The installation and new windows are excellent quality. We could not be happier with the final result. We highly recommend Signature Windows and Doors.

My installation of the Marvin doors and a window was not good. They never finished the installation leaving wood, articles of clothing and boxes. There was no walk through per the contract because the installation was not finished. I have been looking at cracked and unstained wood, a hole in my deck and the destruction of my blinds. Customer service does not answer me or my texts. The blinds are not reparable, they were put on a dirty garage floor.
Not only has this been a continuing negative experience but they were the most expensive of our bids. We wanted to support a local business and our community. I am so disappointed and frustrated.

We had all of our windows and doors replaced by Signature Doors and Windows. We got three quotes; their price was far below one competitor, and in line with the other (even though the lowest price competitor offered only a vinyl option). We are delighted with the quality, fit and finish of the doors and windows, the professionalism and courtesy of the crew, and the workmanship of the final product. They even finished the project ahead of time. Highly recommend!

We've just finished a full replacement of doors and windows in our 1970's house. Amazing, amazing, amazing...! The quality of the product is remarkable. We often get buffeted by 75+ mph wind blasts, and it would cause our house to "sing". Last night, we got hit with an 85 mph blast and no one noticed. As much as we love the doors and windows, the SolarGlass team is the real story here. From first discussions to final adjustments, the teams are professional, thoughtful, efficient...and able to nimbly accommodate new 'discoveries' during installation. (Our house no longer has any right angles and also contained 'surprises' for the installation team -- it was all taken in stride.) On the business side, SolarGlass stands by their bids. No last minute "oops" with regards to costs. We've had a lot of work done on our house over the years, but these are the first guys my kids wanted to bake pie for on a regular basis. Can't recommend them enough!
