Fantastic experience, hands down. Great pricing compared to the other places I had called, they promptly scheduled an appointment for me based on my needs and even allowed me to pick the vehicle up a few days after service since I travel for work. They parked it securely in their lot where it would be seen by cameras right up front which made me feel valued. What really impressed me is that they started pulling my car in to replace the windshield right as I was leaving the building after drop off.They did an excellent job on my Renegade and CLEARLY this place knows exactly what service should look like. Well done!
We called Andy’s to quote an oem replacment front passenger side window. They quoted us and we scheduled.Upon inspecting vehicle after window installation we noticed the replacement window was not factory tinted like the rest of the vehicle. We called to inquire about why a non tinted window was installed and we were told. “ sorry” here’s the number for a window tinter. We would not have used Andy’s had I know they would not match the Factory window tint. You can buy the Factory tinted window online for less than they repaired for. I would have done that had I known they don’t replace a tinted window with a tinted window. I will not be using this company again instead of having a $400-$500 it will be 700 to get the window matched to the rest.
Worst quality ever. Took car in 3 times and was told glass was there, only to be told an hour later they didn't have glass. When they finally did install, it looked like a 12yr old did the work. Outer seal was not even touching glass, inner seal was hacked up with knife and literally fell off while I was driving . Worst quality work I have ever seen . And they lost my key so I had to have that replaced. I would not let these UNPROFESSIONAL people work on a toy car let alone a real car. Absolutely the worst experience ever, do not trust them, they cut corners over quality and cover it up with glue. Trust me your child will do a higher quality job then these nimrods.
Was not happy with our experience at this shop. Went in for an emergency fix to a broken back window and we were excited to get some kind of help. However we went to go pick up the truck and saw this is what they did to remedy the broken back window. I understand it wasn’t an easy job but I would have much rather they told us they couldn’t do it than giving us a very poorly done cover up and charge us over $200 for it… I talked to the lady at the desk and she was very nice saying that the price came from the material used, and that it had to be hand cut since it was short notice which is why the cuts look like that but again, I would have rather they told us it would look like that before actually doing it. Will be going in/calling tomorrow to talk to Andy (who did the work) to see if anything else could be done/ a refund worked out because this is not any kind of work anyone should happy with.
