Anita was always available and right there to answer any questions I had, and responses were quick and helpful. The installation crew, led by Casey, did an outstanding job. Our Armored Dade Shutters experience for our Hurricane Accordion Shutters and two electronic roll down screens was very well organized. Even though this can be a long process with getting HOA approval, the ordering, the wait for the product, the installs, the inspections, the equipment adjustments, it was all worth it. Even from the beginning, Row Rowe, was very informative and answered all of our questions on the shutters and screens. Anita, is amazing! When we sent her an email with a question, she responded very quickly, even on a weekend. If something wasn't working correctly, she made sure someone came back to make it right. Every step in the process of hurricane shutter installation was handled professionally and with a smile. I had read a number of positive reviews on-line but Armored Dade exceeded my expectations.Each step in the process was explained clearly and conciselyvia e-mails and phone calls from customer service representatives Anita and Joy. Casey installed our shutters outlining the process before beginning and checking when complete. He made sure were were comfortable operating the shutters from inside the house by providing a demo on how to open, lock and close the shutters from inside the house. Excellent customer service.No more worries about climbing ladders to install hurricane shutters on the second floor. Overall, a great experience and so pleased I have asked Armored Dade for quotes on installing additional shutters on the first floor.
