The installers did an amazing job and you could tell they had an eye for the fine details. There is no doubt in my mind we will be using them again. If anything, we look forward to using them again!
Very disappointed by the installation team and nonexistent warranty work. These windows and doors were installed in early 2020 and Covid did mess things up. I thought I was a pretty good customer by getting 4 doors, 5 windows and 4 sets of shutters installed, but they just didn’t care. There was constant communications back-and-forth initially with myself in the company, but eventually they just stopped attempting to fix anything left. The worst part was, they didn’t believe me when I first started complaining so they had the owner show up and he totally agreed that all the stuff had to be fixed. They installed the windows and I had a pressure crack in one of the pains and it’s fogging up. Hardware yellows after a couple years with UV light that was not supposed to go through because they were supposed to be filled with gas to block the UV rays. The front door paint job had scratches in it when installed, and when I tested the paint with my fingernails, the paint comes off. It’s not even baked on. I filled out a review in 2020 but they deleted it. Everything’s just getting worse with time with them being 6 years old now. Their sales pitch is that “it’s good to have fogged up windows”. That should’ve been a sign to me right off the bat that they make an inferior product.
