Did electrical work for this company back in January 2025 and still haven’t been paid. Reached out many times with no response. Based on my experience, be cautious and make sure you get paid before doing any work for them.
Subject: Final Notice – Outstanding Payment
Hi Greg,
This is a final notice regarding the outstanding payment for electrical work completed on your Fort Erie project in January 2025. The amount of $1,864.50 from the initial invoice remains unpaid. In addition, $7,660 in interest and delay-related costs will be included in the Small Claims Court filing.
Please arrange payment in full by December 10, 2025. If payment is not received by that date, I will proceed with the Small Claims Court process without further notice.
