Hi Greg,

This is a final notice regarding the outstanding payment for electrical work completed on your Fort Erie project in January 2025. The amount of $1,864.50 from the initial invoice remains unpaid. In addition, $7,660 in interest and delay-related costs will be included in the Small Claims Court filing.

Please arrange payment in full by December 10, 2025. If payment is not received by that date, I will proceed with the Small Claims Court process without further notice.
