Appreciated the appointment made, the tech that called and showed up (on time- actually early, but that was communicated as well). Appreciated their follow up. Asked for a single piece of glass 1/8 inch thick. Was told they would email me but I didn’t hear from them for two days until I called. Said they couldn’t get it to me that day either. I canceled the order. VERY unorganized and poor communication. Would not recommend buying from them.
We have used Binswanger Glass in the past. Even though we are over an hour away we keep coming back for the great price and knowledge they have! They know Glass! Highly Recommend!
Asked for an estimate on a rear glass for my skid steer, the guy at the counter said that they could do it and they would call me on Monday. 3pm rolls around on Monday and no phone call. I had to call them and then I got the appointment made for them to come out and measure the glass etc and that they would call me 30 minutes before arriving. At this point I am thinking that this is great and the problem will be solved. That was not the case at all. They called when they arrived instead of 30 minutes before. I let them in the shop and they look at my skid steer and said they can't do it. They don't do auto glass or machines anymore. The guy at the counter in Broken Arrow said that they could when I stopped by. So my time was completely wasted. I do not recommend binswanger. Find someone else instead of having your time wasted.
I have had multiple glass projects in the past that Binswanger successfully completed, but it was the latest that really helped me out. I made an error on my measuring and Binswanger not only fixed the problem for me, but didn't double charge me like they could have. Convenient, fast, and great customer service. Thank you!
