We had a very bad experience with Orlando. He was hired to replace all the locks and deadbolts at my Mom’s house. He ended up damaging one of my Moms doors. She couldn’t open it the next day and he told her that someone tried to break into her house. He scared my 78 yr old mother but he didn’t realize that we had a camera in that room and no one tried to break in. He broke my Moms door and lied to us then told me he would charge me $1000 to repair it. He also checked her dryer and told me she needed a new one and that he had 3 of them if I wanted to buy it from him. Turns out all it needed was a new knob. He should have done the right thing and returned my Moms money instead of taking advantage of an elderly woman. He is dishonest and I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. The men I hired to fix his mess were top notch and I wish I never would have called this man. ZERO STARS!
Orlando replaced three doors in our condo on South Padre Island with heavy duty framed doors. The photo doesn't do the door design justice. Very subtle. The door is very heavy, sound proof, and it feels good when you open and close it compared to what it replaced. The door company I ordered the door from didn't get the first door quite right. They (the door company) thought it was an outside door and didn't pay attention. Orlando was able to make the necessary adjustments to make it work so I didn't have to return it and start over. I was pleased with the result of the first installation so I hired Orlando again to install two more heavy doors. The door company did do the correct doors this time and he installed them and all the latch hardware too. Both times Orlando was on time to start the job which to me is a big deal. He and his helper did the work in a couple of hours and cleaned up. No problems.

These guys are quick and professional. Did a complete replacement of balcony door in less than 2 hours. They were able to fix a job botched badly where the door was installed inside out. The job was done quickly and it was well done. They even cleaned up after, sweeping AND dusting. The workers were very respectful and that is really important for women nervous about calling repairmen. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Hire them!
