Although the final project has not yet arrived (we just ordered) and has yet to be installed, I can speak to the sales side and tell you that Matt Blake was excellent. He came to our house, showed us different samples and was very patient with us. Matt has an easy way with people but does not hard sell at all. In fact he repeatedly mentioned to us that there were less expensive shades than we chose if we wanted to reconsider. But we are most happy with what we have decided on.
Entire team was friendly and easy to work with. I was presented with several options in quality and pricing and love the shades we chose. I particularly wanted help with selecting a vertical blind option for double French doors. It was also nice to have their availability for installation while we focused on the rest of the project.
Excellent experience all round. Dennis met with us initially to measure our windows and help us choose style and color (also a small window not shown, above the sink). The custom order took three weeks and John installed the blinds this morning. They are of very good quality and look great in our newly renovated kitchen! (However, today is very cloudy so they look a bit dark in the room..)Thanks to everyone involved!
Very happy with my experience with budget blinds. The first appointment to discuss options and color choices was great. Very happy with the estimate for the options I had to choose from. Wait time for install was a few weeks which is fine and my installer was done in no time! Highly recommend budget blinds!Had them come back to do two upstairs bedrooms and my experience with the salesperson and installer were just as great as the first time! Highly recommend!
