We are extremely pleased with the service that EuroStar Windows & Doors in Burlington provided. From consultation to design choices to installation, the entire process was seamless and professional. Thank you to Jim and Razan for meeting with us and guiding us through the ordering process and for being transparent and supportive the whole time. An extra special thanks and appreciation to the instal team Ilya and his crew, Denis and Mohammad who worked in the freezing cold - snow and ice - to get our windows installed and did such a beautiful job. We had a uniquely shaped window that took extra care and effort from the team that does not go unnoticed. I highly recommend EuroStar to anyone looking for new windows!

We had our windows done in June 2024 and couldn’t be happier! The process was easy, we were kept in the loop and the installers were professional, courteous and kind. Razan and Jim were very helpful in selecting everything and explained the process. They have also been great with any questions we had after the install. We have received a lot of feedback from neighbours on how great the windows and doors look. Quality is great and so is the customer service!

Eurostars windows and doors did a fantastic job from start to finish! The communication was clear and professional, and the timing of both arrival and installation was perfect. Jim answered all of our questions and even came by the house during installation to walk us through everything. The team was incredibly patient with us, even before we put the deposit down, which really made the process stress-free. We’re beyond happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Quality windows and quality craftsmanship!!
We are extremely pleased with the European windows and doors EuroStar installed. Jim was great at explaining all the options during the quote process, Razan was fantastic with showing us around the showroom and Ilya and Misha did an amazing job with the install. Throughout the job they were punctual, tidy and very respectful. The Smart slide door surpassed our expectations and the windows are tremendous. The tilt / turn mechanisms are wonderful and the weight of all the doors and windows is very impressive. The energy efficiency and sound reduction properties are fantastic. What a difference! We couldn't be happier with the transformation of our home. We would highly recommend Jim and his team.
