We had our windows done in June 2024 and couldn’t be happier! The process was easy, we were kept in the loop and the installers were professional, courteous and kind. Eurostars windows and doors did a fantastic job from start to finish! The communication was clear and professional, and the timing of both arrival and installation was perfect. Jim answered all of our questions and even came by the house during installation to walk us through everything. The team was incredibly patient with us, even before we put the deposit down, which really made the process stress-free. Quality windows and quality craftsmanship!!We are extremely pleased with the European windows and doors EuroStar installed. Jim was great at explaining all the options during the quote process, Razan was fantastic with showing us around the showroom and Ilya and Misha did an amazing job with the install. Throughout the job they were punctual, tidy and very respectful. The Smart slide door surpassed our expectations and the windows are tremendous. The tilt / turn mechanisms are wonderful and the weight of all the doors and windows is very impressive. The energy efficiency and sound reduction properties are fantastic. What a difference! We couldn't be happier with the transformation of our home. We would highly recommend Jim and his team.
