I am a senior. Pollard replaced three basement windows for me last week. Alex, in sales was courteous and knowledgeable. The installers were polite and very capable. I am very pleased with the results. My son, who is very detail oriented came and looked at the work and found nothing that had been done improperly. Francois was so helpful by coming by to pick up the final payment, saving me the trip to drop it off. The pricing was great. I had three estimates.

Over the last several years, my picture window had developed a conglomeration of spots which looked pink on a sunny day. As I had purchased the window from Pollard I contacted them and sent photos. They responded the very next day, informing me that the window was under warranty and booked an appointment for replacement of the pane within the next 2 weeks. Pollard arrived on time and replaced the window pane efficiently without issue. Excellent customer service and very pleasant personnel, right from reception through to service and installation. Definitely give Pollard a call for your window need!

We just replaced all windows in our house as they were 24 years old and in need of upgrading. We previously had our front and back doors replaced by Pollard and were very happy with the workmanship and quality, so we chose Pollard again. Our installer Andre and his team did an excellent job over two cold blustery days. They were efficient in removing the old windows with almost negligible damage to the surrounding walls making touch-up and final paint easier than expected after such a large undertaking. What was noticeable was the skill installing the new high efficiency windows, each one put back and sealed outside and inside. Andre took time to seal the gaps between the new windows and the framing to prevent leakage around the windows, replacing the loose fiberglass installation from the original build. Our family has noticed the much-improved soundproofing from outside noise and wind, an added bonus for sure. All the replaced trim was fitted perfectly, caulked and sealed also making final prep for paint an easier task.
The team were friendly and jovial in performing their work over the two days. Their final cleanup showed the pride they took in the work. Definitely would recommend Pollard for any retrofit and upgrades.
