He took me in on very short notice and was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process.I had explained to him the terrible service I had been receiving from another shop, and he made it a priority to ensure the job was done properly and that I wouldn’t have any issues with my window replacement. Contacted uniglass to get a windshield replacement and heard back very quickly (within an hour or so) about a quote. Amanda was great at walking me through the steps with insurance, got me booked in quickly and the work was done easily within the time frame given. Everything looks good (luckily it’s currently raining to test the seal ??). Thanks very much - would certainly recommend to friends and family!
I cannot thank Alex enough for how easy and stress free he made replacing my windshield. I have never had to replace a windshield before, so I had a ton of questions. I filled out a quick online form and Alex called me within an hour… on a Sunday! I took a couple of pictures and he was able to give me a quick overview of what I was looking at. First thing Monday morning he had reached out to my insurance and by Tuesday I knew all of the details. I had a busy work week, but I was able to get in by Friday. Amanda and the crew were super friendly and they had my car in and out in under 2 hours. The exterior and interior clean were an awesome extra as well. Again, the most stress-free, seamless process and Alex, I have to say, went over and above for customer service. Thank you!

I had to have my cracked windshield replaced and after calling around, I decided on Uniglass as the rep I spoke with was kind and explained the process thoroughly. This has been one of the best customer service and fulfillment experiences I have EVER had. The process was easy from start to finish and everyone there was very courteous. I was also coached on how to claim through insurance. I waited in the comfortable lounge until my car was ready. They also washed the car and detailed the interior - Please note: This is a bonus service. Not everyone does this!! I was pleasantly surprised at the thoroughness of care as I feel James went above and beyond. I highly recommend Uniglass for windshield replacement. Thank you all!
