Uniglass Express - Burlington

I had an outstanding experience with Uniglass. The service I received from James was exceptional from start to finish. He took me in on very short notice and was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. I had explained to him the terrible service I had been receiving from another shop, and he made it a priority to ensure the job was done properly and that I wouldn’t have any issues with my window replacement. He was professional, attentive, and clearly cared about making things right. On the day of the job, the staff was very professional, efficient, and courteous. The work was completed smoothly and the quality was excellent. I truly appreciated the level of care and customer service provided. I highly recommend Uniglass and especially James to anyone needing glass repair or replacement. Thank you again for turning a frustrating situation into a great experience

Contacted uniglass to get a windshield replacement and heard back very quickly (within an hour or so) about a quote. Amanda was great at walking me through the steps with insurance, got me booked in quickly and the work was done easily within the time frame given. Everything looks good (luckily it’s currently raining to test the seal ??). Thanks very much - would certainly recommend to friends and family!

I cannot thank Alex enough for how easy and stress free he made replacing my windshield. I have never had to replace a windshield before, so I had a ton of questions. I filled out a quick online form and Alex called me within an hour… on a Sunday! I took a couple of pictures and he was able to give me a quick overview of what I was looking at. First thing Monday morning he had reached out to my insurance and by Tuesday I knew all of the details. I had a busy work week, but I was able to get in by Friday. Amanda and the crew were super friendly and they had my car in and out in under 2 hours. The exterior and interior clean were an awesome extra as well. Again, the most stress-free, seamless process and Alex, I have to say, went over and above for customer service. Thank you!
