From the start, the team at West Window was professional and knowledgeable.The in-house installation team (no subcontractors!) was professional, efficient, and respectful—they arrived on time, protected our floors, worked cleanly, and left the place spotless. The window fits perfectly (custom-made, of course), operate smoothly, and have already made a noticeable difference in energy efficiency and noise reduction. West Windows wasn’t the cheapest quote we got, but they were absolutely the best value—top-notch Canadian-made products, expert installation, and genuine family-run service. We trusted them for this big project and we were right about it. If you’re in Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton, or surrounding areas and need windows or doors, I highly recommend them. We were looking to replace our patio door and front entrance door. After researching various other big name companies we decided to go with West Windows and Doors, they were not the least expensive but we had a very good comfort level with them. Jeff who came out initially to provide us with a quote was very professional, helpful and patient with us as we had him revise our quote several times. After we accepted the final quote Chris came out to confirm all the measurements. The patio door took 6-8 weeks to get installed and the front entrance door about 11 weeks but we were advised of these timelines during the order placement meeting. The installation of both doors was excellent and the installers did a great job with attention to detail. We are extremely happy with our doors and know we made the correct decision to use West Windows and Doors. I would highly recommend West Windows and Doors to anyone. The are professional in every way.

This company was very professional and paid attention to every detail!! They asked for our preferences throughout the installation process making sure we were happy with the finished product. They did not try to short cut anything. Instead they went the extra mile to make everything exceptional. The installers did a great job. We are extremely happy with our new patio sliding doors. The quality is exceptional as well. We highly recommend this company.
