We were looking to replace our patio door and front entrance door. After researching various other big name companies we decided to go with West Windows and Doors, they were not the least expensive but we had a very good comfort level with them. Jeff who came out initially to provide us with a quote was very professional, helpful and patient with us as we had him revise our quote several times. After we accepted the final quote Chris came out to confirm all the measurements. The patio door took 6-8 weeks to get installed and the front entrance door about 11 weeks but we were advised of these timelines during the order placement meeting. The installation of both doors was excellent and the installers did a great job with attention to detail. We are extremely happy with our doors and know we made the correct decision to use West Windows and Doors. I would highly recommend West Windows and Doors to anyone. The are professional in every way.
