This second-generation, woman-owned company handcrafts EcoSmart cellular and roller shades at its Williston, Vermont production facility. It handles design, measuring, manufacturing and installation for residential and commercial window-treatment projects.

What a pleasure to do business with a local business...I can't say enough about Gordon's!! From my first contacts with the office via e-mail and phone follow-ups, to Michele's visit for consult, my visit to the office to drop off my deposit , and then Kyle's installation visit.... ..everyone was so friendly, responsive and efficient. I couldn't be happier with the large cellular shade for my lake view master bedroom. Product quality and customer service are excellent. How long do orders usually take?

Blinds and shades generally take three to four weeks; soft goods and shutters generally take four to six weeks. Timing depends on the product and production workload.

Can shades from another manufacturer be repaired?

Gordon's can arrange a repair with the vendor and have the shade returned to the customer or the Williston showroom. Shipping, vendor repair and handling fees apply.

What if a shade cannot be removed for a repair?

An installer can visit the home to help remove it, with a trip charge.
