I had an amazing experience with A1 Windows from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Manjeet and Ramiza were incredibly helpful and patient during the window selection process, answering all my questions and making sure I chose the right option for my home. The installation team did an outstanding job — efficient, clean, and clearly very skilled. Not only can I see a huge physical improvement in my windows, but I can actually feel the difference in temperature. Before, my home felt cold because of the old aluminum windows, and now it’s perfectly insulated and comfortable. I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend A1 Windows to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service.

Our building hired A1 Windows for window installation. While the team eventually completed the work, there were significant issues with the installation and caulking that were not up to industry standards. The installation team unprofessionally placed blame on our contractors for damaging the caulking. As a result, the strata had to cover repairs caused by the installation errors. While the caulking was eventually addressed, it was still not fully up to standard. Other units in the building also raised concerns about the quality of the installation. Photos are included to show the installation issues and resulting damage. I would recommend carefully confirming scope, quality, and accountability before hiring A1 Windows for similar projects.

THE NEW WINDOWS ARE AMAZING, AND THE INSTALLATION WORKERS WERE VERY COURTEOUS, CONSIDERATE & PROFESSIONAL ?? We asked if these extra old windows & slider frame could be hauled away too, please. The installation was completed with slider door & all old windows taken back to the factory. Communication throughout the process was consistent & clear & courteous. THANK YOU

Windows were delivered and installed on schedule. Installers, Harmandeep and Harminder, were efficient and professional. We ordered 7 windows and they were able to finish the installation in one day. There was a small problem with our order ( small crack on one of the windows) but A-1 provided us good customer service and replaced it within less than 2wks. If you want good quality Canadian made windows, I would recommend them.

I build many commercial property and residential in life time , I hire the A-1 WINDOW COMPANY, to replace 3 level house in Westwood Platuea, A-1 Window started taking off all the old window around the house and place them right away to company Truck , than they clean the job site , they started first water proofing underneath every single window making sure is ready for the new window to be installed, than they use seal from inside and outside and used levelers to make sure the windows are leveled, than they seal outside the window and installed flashing and rain screens than they install the beautiful trim around the window , A-1 window stand behind there product and if you do visit A-1 Window company you are going to see 5 Star management and ownership that they are all about happy customers , They team they send to My house they are very respectful with manor and very good attitude, they take their time to make sure the installation is 100 percent right and waterproof and long lasting , from start to finish they provided professional paperwork to installation team , if you ever decided to replace your window you should visit the A-1 Windows office you are going to find out that they are very strong company with very reasonable price and great installation team , i like to thank A-1 Window for helping me to install every single window in my house with great quality and long lasting installation, it means alot to My family , THANK YOU A-1 WINDOW IN BURNABY
