Sashmasters

I can't' say enough about how great this company is. We live in a home built in 1912. Since purchasing the house it has always been our intention to protect the integrity of the period/design of our home as did the previous owners. It is not always easy to do this when you are updating parts of the house such as windows. Sash Masters were the only company that offered us the best of both worlds. They custom made the windows to fit the existing frames so no change to the look of the house. We also had a stain glass window made to match others in the house, they made that work too by customising the transom...they made it work. They did such a good job, unless you knew we were having new windows installed you would only know we did because the house feels so much warmer and cosier. Their care and attention to detail is amazing, I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked. Thank you to them... we are delighted with the windows and the workmanship.

I am the owner of a 1928 apartment building in South Granville. The windows are original so I was looking for long overdue replacement. After painstaking due diligence I settled on SashMasters. Jordan (the owner) has worked with us for over 5 years as we didn't do all the windows at once. I wanted to see how they would hold up over time..., monitor the customer service (as tenants can be hard on a building), and of course, the cost was a consideration. I cannot express our great satisfaction. The quality is exceptional, the service outstanding and the installation clean and extremely efficient. Of interest, Jordan has kept the same team of installers since the beginning. At the start of the project, I visited the SashMasters Workshop which is what initially settled me on the company. I recommend you do the same. Thank you, SashMasters. It is our pleasure to give you a head's up!

I would happily recommend the work done by Sashmasters. We recently had all our original windows and front door replaced on our heritage home. The new double glaze windows are a perfect match, and the door and stain glass window look lovely. From consultation to installation there was not one hiccup. We are extremely happy with the work done by Jordan and his team.

i have had the distinct pleasure to work on 2 successful Heritage projects with Sashmasters in the past 5 years... both are well know Vancouver landmarks. The first was the famous Yale Hotel on Granville Street which involved replacement of the old windows with period correct wood windows approved by the City's Heritage Board. The second was a one-off house known as the Hobbit House on West King Edward Avenue... this entire home also had all the old windows replaced with period correct double glazed diamond leaded glass sashes and windows as approved by the project Heritage consultant. Sashmasters shop and field crews demonstrate a high degree of skill, craftsmanship with integrity and with the ability to be innovative as required. I look forward to working with Sashmasters again in the future and would highly recommend them for any Heritage window project !
