We recently had Josh and Jeff out to install all new windows and doors in our townhome and they were wonderful! Steve was also fantastic when we had our initial consult. Our windows were horrible, old and costing us a fortune in heating bills and now the entire townhome looks and feels new and is so cozy!! The guys were very respectful of our property but what stood out to me the most was at the end when Josh was showing us how everything functioned. He needed to fiddle with the doorbell and was about to tell my husband what to do in case anything happened with it. I stepped in and said "I'm the one who does the things around here" and Josh did not miss a beat. He directed all his instructions to me and spoke to me exactly like he had been speaking to my husband. Didn't change his tone or try to dumb anything down. As a smart female not often taken seriously by repairmen, this left a lasting impression that just sealed the deal for me. 10/10 would recommend the whole crew

Late last summer we purchased 7 windows from Window Depot. My son-in-law installed 5 and the two guys from WD did the other 2. From start to finish, it was a great experience.
