Fantastic service, and transparent team. Window Depot came down and looked over my seven 73 year old windows and gave me a competitive offer. No aggressive or pushy sales tactics, but rather a calm discussion that was straight and to the point that made me feel relaxed about choosing them. From this point on I'll always recommend Window Depot for the service they provided me because they treated me as a person rather than a customer and in these days thats hard to find.

We recently had Josh and Jeff out to install all new windows and doors in our townhome and they were wonderful! Steve was also fantastic when we had our initial consult. Our windows were horrible, old and costing us a fortune in heating bills and now the entire townhome looks and feels new and is so cozy!! The guys were very respectful of our property but what stood out to me the most was at the end when Josh was showing us how everything functioned. He needed to fiddle with the doorbell and was about to tell my husband what to do in case anything happened with it. I stepped in and said "I'm the one who does the things around here" and Josh did not miss a beat. He directed all his instructions to me and spoke to me exactly like he had been speaking to my husband. Didn't change his tone or try to dumb anything down. As a smart female not often taken seriously by repairmen, this left a lasting impression that just sealed the deal for me. 10/10 would recommend the whole crew

High-Quality Products: we are very satisfied with the energy efficiency and aesthetics of the new windows, with quality materials and strong warranties. Fair Pricing & No Pressure Sales: Steve our Sales Person answered the phone immediately the first time I called after seeing their commercial on TV. He was as honest, informative, and non-pushy, with better pricing, almost half of what we were quoted by a company that quoted us window inserts when we wanted the whole window replaced. Thoroughness: The team did meticulous work, including cleaning up after installation and conducting a post-job information and satisfaction check. Steve was so great to work with. From the very beginning, I knew Window Depot would be better than all the other guys who came to my house. Steve was informative, but never pushy. Super nice and respectful. That was a huge selling point, honestly! The windows are great and the install day was seamless. I am extremely satisfied because we got great windows for a great value. Late last summer we purchased 7 windows from Window Depot. My son-in-law installed 5 and the two guys from WD did the other 2. From start to finish, it was a great experience. The windows improved my houses appearance 100%. I would go with, and recommend Window Depot to anyone who needs window improvements. Before annd after photos.
