Ecoline was recommended to me by someone else in my building, apparently they’ve done the windows for a few of my apartment neighbours.

The sales man was very knowledgeable. And the workers were prompt and efficient, the whole process took about 2 hours, for 2 bedroom windows.

I love that the windows have a “cleaning mode” where you can swing the windows inwards to clean the outside.

We just have them replaced three windows of ours. They are very professional team. Frank provided a good price, we waited for 3 months for the fabrication and then the installation goes very well, Dimitri and the team did an excellent job, they were very careful to take out and put back the casing, cleaned the site after work, even it is not do dusty. In general it is a good experience. The only suggestion is better to notify the schedule earlier, we have to change once as were called at 4pm one day before the installation, we wouldn't be available and could not change our own schedule, have to book another time. If we were told earlier, we might move around the time and make it possible.

The installers, Matt and Nicolas, were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. The quality of the installation was excellent, and they were both courteous, respectful of my home, and left everything spotless when they were done. The new windows look amazing and have already made a noticeable difference in both comfort and appearance.

I found Ecoline to be easy to deal with from the asking for a quote to the installation. We needed a new people door for our garage and we had Ecoline come in. Everything was booked through email including the measuring of the space to make sure we got the right door made to the installation and we got updates as our door went through the manufacturing process. They were also very clear on what we were responsible for and what they were responsible for; there were no surprises. I found the whole process to be incredibly easy and not stressful.
