Two companies sent high-pressure salespeople, and a third never followed up on my questions. Some looked great on Google, but Yelp revealed detailed 1-star reviews with photos of poor workmanship. Fisher Windows—a family-owned business for over 30 years—stood out immediately. Owner Jeff Fisher came personally to our home for the estimate. He was polite, knowledgeable, and completely low-pressure. His price was fair and competitive. The crew, led by Dominic with Anderson and Wilkins, was outstanding. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly. Dominic mentioned he’s been in the U.S. for 10 years and with Jeff for 9 of those years, and that he really respects Jeff and feels fortunate to be working for him. When I emailed Jeff to compliment the team, he shared a heartwarming story: He knew Dominic’s wife from his Peace Corps service decades ago and even hosted their family when they immigrated. That speaks volumes about Jeff—not just as a business owner, but as a person. I don't write a lot of reviews, but Fisher Windows truly deserves this one. Highly recommended!
Jeff, Polo, Dennis, Ricky, and the whole crew are professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. They were able to complete a large project of 29 windows in just three days of work to accommodate a family emergency. They were even kind enough to let us borrow their HEPA vacuum for a few extra days. Their price for labor was extremely reasonable and they kept us in the loop. I would absolutely recommend them if you need your windows done!
I chose Fisher Windows after researching online to find an independent window company with good reviews and personalized service. I was very impressed with the reviews regarding, friendly and prompt service, fair and uncomplicated pricing and good work ethic. I must say, in three days the wonderful team of Dominic, Arthur and Christian installed 27 windows in my 1986 colonial . They worked tirelessly and professionally to install each window using care to protect my furniture and flooring.
