Our experience working with Mohawk Shade and Blind has been outstanding! We had 6 extremely large windows, each averaging about 8 feet wide by 12 feet high in a first-floor city condo. Our challenge was how to have easy and flexible use of the beautiful large windows – to let in sunlight but also to achieve full privacy when wanted especially at night. Andres was exceptional every step of the way; he thoughtfully and patiently consulted with us during several visits until we came up with the perfect solution. After getting clear about what we wanted, we visited the showroom in Cambridge, and Jason demonstrated the function of the shades and helped us pick out the exact color. Andres came on site and double checked all the measurements with precision before the order was placed. We were kept well informed of estimated arrival time, and, indeed, the estimated arrival and installation times were spot on. As scheduled, Andres and Ray (the owner) performed the installation with evident pride and joy in doing their work. Mohawk is clearly a company committed to professionalism and to care for their customers. We could not be happier with the process of working with Mohawk and with the end result!

Andres and the rest of the team were amazing to work with. They helped me select Norman shutters and color-matched them to my trim. Andres was so knowledgeable about the product. They worked with me through multiple design questions and issues with tarriffs. The process was seamless and they sent a color sample from the factory to check. The shutters came sooner than I expected, and install took under 1 hour- the fit is perfect and it is exactly what I had envisioned. There service was on par with other companies who quoted me much higher. I would recommend them to anyone and will not hesitate to use again if needed-thank you!!
