Luved dealing with Better Windows and Doors!! I have a 1939 home and had a lot of wood windows to replace. David Gillet; always such a nice, great professional guy to deal with. He helped me immensely in choosing the best windows for my style and period of home. The installers; putting new windows in place were flawless and did a wonderful job of it. It was a big deal for me to make this big change in my house; I obviously picked the right company; because I'm so happy with the results.

We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the door but more importantly the quality of the staff and service at Better Windows and Doors. After an incident at our home, they did everything possible to get us the door we wanted and get it installed in a timely manner. They showed up early for their appointment and had the old door out and the new door in quickly and efficiently. The best part was, when they were gone, you couldn’t even tell that they were here.

We had all of our windows and doors replaced on our home by the team at Better Windows and Doors in Cambridge and are so pleased with every aspect of the renovation.
Jeff, from the team came to our house first and offered a quote and was extremely kind and professional.
Once we decided to award the work to Better Windows and Doors the entire team was helpful with grant information as well as updates for our installation etc.
When the team of about 6 young men showed up on renovation day I was a little skeptical, vanished quickly as each individual was so courteous, worked so efficiently and made sure I felt comfortable through the few days they were on site. We were very impressed with the workmanship as well as the quality of the windows and doors installed Even a few members of the team followed up to make sure we were satisfied and had no concerns or issues.

I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Better Windows and Doors! Last year, we had our front door replaced by another company that used high-pressure sales tactics to push us into a same-day purchase, which left a bad taste in my mouth. This time around, I was determined to find the right company for the rest of our windows and doors. After doing a ton of research and getting three different quotes, we met Mike (the owner), and I instantly knew Better Windows and Doors was the right choice.

Mike was knowledgeable, patient, and approachable—I felt comfortable asking him all kinds of questions as we figured out exactly what I wanted. Unlike our previous experience, there was never any pressure to “close the deal.” He revised my quote multiple times until it was perfect and stayed responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.

The finished product looks incredible, and the level of care really stood out—when I had a question after installation, Mike personally came by to make sure everything was addressed. It’s clear he truly cares about his customers and their satisfaction.

David did an excellent job explaining the patio door options and helping me decide which features to choose. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Whenever I had questions, he was not only kind and clear, but very timely with clarifying information.

Mike and Jordan skillfully installed our patio door. They were also extremely professional. They communicated effectively, helped us move our gazebo, were positive and friendly, and respected our property by installing cleanly, securely, and leaving no mess behind.

In the store, we checked out the model doors a couple of times, and both Sarah (I hope I am correct on the name) and Kathleen were super helpful in showing us the doors and answering all of the questions that we had.

Overall, we are very happy with our experience. We felt the entire team demonstrated great customer service, transparency, and skill. We are loving our new patio door which blocks out sound very well, slides beautifully, and looks fantastic!
