He helped me immensely in choosing the best windows for my style and period of home. The installers; putting new windows in place were flawless and did a wonderful job of it. It was a big deal for me to make this big change in my house; I obviously picked the right company; because I'm so happy with the results.
We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the door but more importantly the quality of the staff and service at Better Windows and Doors. After an incident at our home, they did everything possible to get us the door we wanted and get it installed in a timely manner. They showed up early for their appointment and had the old door out and the new door in quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Whenever I had questions, he was not only kind and clear, but very timely with clarifying information.Mike and Jordan skillfully installed our patio door. They were also extremely professional. They communicated effectively, helped us move our gazebo, were positive and friendly, and respected our property by installing cleanly, securely, and leaving no mess behind.In the store, we checked out the model doors a couple of times, and both Sarah (I hope I am correct on the name) and Kathleen were super helpful in showing us the doors and answering all of the questions that we had.Overall, we are very happy with our experience. We felt the entire team demonstrated great customer service, transparency, and skill.
