From the initial call Steve was very professional! We have been doing numerous renovations at our home recently and we were truly impressed with Sunrise Shutters from start to finish.Steve came in and was professional, thorough, and gave us a quote on the spot! We were blown away by the price in comparison to other quotes we had received. Steve also brought in samples of their product (which other companies did not) and explained the difference between Sunrise's custom made shutters and the competitors.There was no competition and we were ready to beautify our home!A few weeks later our shutters were ready to be installed. Shannon and Joe came to do the install. They communicated with us on a time and arrived when they said they would. It was like watching magic happen. They installed the shutters in just over 2 hours (3 rooms/7 windows). They were polite, helpful, answered our questions, and were fabulous to work with.
