Such a great experience from estimate through install! Our sales rep Rick Scacchi even followed up to make sure we had an install date, and followed up upon completion. All appointments were kept on time from sales through install. Install crew was on time, professional, and cleaned jobsite prior to leaving. The quality of the windows is impressive! Our home is quieter. The windows look stunning. Very happy with our purchase! A really wonderful company that knows how to communicate with the customer! Well done!
We had a great experience with Smart Choice Windows and More from the beginning through the installation. We met Josh at the Home and Garden show. He was so helpful and informative. Sid followed up with us quickly after that. He came to the house, listened to our needs and gave us recommendations that were spot on. He was great at following up with us through the entire process. Finally Cedric and his team of installers came and did an excellent job installing our new doors. They cleaned up afterward and were very attentive to our needs. I will definitely call them when it is time to replace our windows. I highly recommend them. What an awesome company!!
Well, the windows are in! The installers were prompt, efficient, and meticulous. They installed 4 windows in just under 3 hours. I was very impressed with the care taken to cover all floors where they would be working inside. The installers carefully insulated and caulked around the windows. The metal work outside was perfect. We love the profile, and the visibility that the windows create. Now, if it would just warm up so we can open them!
