Several houses in my subdivision had hail damage from a June 2023 storm. I had another company come out and inspect my roof, but their assessment of damage did not have enough detail to satisfy me. My State Farm Agent recommended Chapman Neil, so I called and Matt Federick came out and inspected my roof and found extensive hail damage. He met the State Farm Adjuster and went up on the roof during the inspection to help validate the damage. The claim was approved and Matt came back with a complete sample display of materials and color choices. We liked the samples, so we selected a different color for the roof along with our other choices.We received a call for the install date and on that day the crew arrived on time and put down protective tarps all around the house. The tear off was completed in just about an hour and it was incredible watching the team coordinate finishing up the cleanup and moving materials up to the roof. All the vents and flashing was replaced and snow/ice shield was installed on the perimeter of the roof and all valleys and the utility penetrations. The team finished up in the afternoon and the workmanship of the installation was impeccable. The cleanup of all old roofing materials was exceptional with no nails or pieces left anywhere.I installed shingles on several roofs in my younger days and it was a learning experience to watch the crew work so seamlessly and professionally as a team through the whole process. We love the new color of the roof and have gotten several compliments. I would not hesitate to recommend Chap Neil Property Solutions to anyone. Job well done!

When you find great help like this you start looking for problems so you can have them fix them.Communication with Josh upfront described what to expect. Kyle came out and measured. Quote came quickly later (no pressure sales) and was line itemed so I could select what work I wanted done. Once I was ready to have work done, a couple quick e-mails and work was scheduled for Monday of the next week.Finished product was better than I'd hoped, made me want to replace the rest of my gutters. Nice grade to down spout, perfect color match, and no more nail heads. Kyle and one helper had it done quickly and even fixed a bit of the roof drip edge.Highly recommend
Josh Davis at Chapman Neil Property Solutions sent a crew to my home and did a crawlspace encapsulation and installed insulation. They did an excellent job. Now my crawlspace is staying at 34% humidity and my brand new dehumidifier hardly ever runs to keep the humid low. They also recently replaced the roof (due to hail damage), new gutters and new exterior paint. All their work is outstanding. I highly recommend Josh Davis and his crew for your next project. You will not be disappointed!
We used Chapman Neil Property Solutions when we needed new siding on our house. Thanks to the 50mph winds that blew through in the spring, the siding was blown off the side of our chimney. CNPS came in and worked with our insurance adjuster to help make sure that we received the best estimate possible. They took the time to sit with us and help us pick out the new colors for our home. The work they provided to us was quick and professional. Every person on their team was kind, polite and professional. After the job was complete they cleaned up our property and if it wasn't for the great transformation of our home you never would have known they were there. Additionally, as with all home improvement projects that my husband and I embark on, we discovered that one of our new windows we had installed (with another company) had been leaking since installation. Not only did CNPS come to our house after hours in the middle of a terrible storm to help stop the water from coming into our house, they personally called the company that installed our windows to help us start a claim for a warranty replacement. We will absolutely be using CNPS for all of our home improvement needs from now on. They responded quickly, they communicated well, and they are very professional.
