From the moment we first met Isaac at our doorstep, our experience with EnergyOne has been excellent.As a sort of “door-to-door salesman,” Isaac was incredibly polite and respectful, never pushy. He was a joy to be with. His time with us explaining the features of the windows and offering us a package was very informative and again, we felt no pressure from him. He was very patient with our kids’ presence and other interruptions.Once we ordered the windows, other folks from EnergyOne did a great job of keeping us updated on the production of our windows and our likely estimated installation time.Fast forward 2.5 months, and our installation days were great. A large team was brought and they worked extremely efficiently. Only one or two workers from the team came into our house and when they did they were neat and respectful. They were all very kind to our children (who were so interested in the process).We’ve now had the windows for a month and couldn’t be happier. The temperature of our house is much more consistent from room to room and we lose less heat at night. The windows are easy to open and easy to clean. The appearance both inside and outside is much crisper, making the house look newer and better-cared-for.We’re so thankful we were home the day Isaac stopped by!
Energy One replaced every window in our home, plus our sliding patio door, last week. From start to finish the entire process was so smooth! They communicated wonderfully, the product is great and the install team was top notch. We appreciated our salesman bringing a sample window with him so we could actually see the product before purchase. Our old wood windows were original to our house, and I honestly didn’t realize how much they impacted the temperature in our house until our Energy One windows were installed. The impact was immediate- no more temperature fluctuations, drafts or having to run our heat/AC constantly to keep the house comfortable. Additionally, the aesthetic of our exterior is drastically improved- no more embarrassing rotting window frames.We have some tricky windows and they made it so seamless- where other companies insisted they had to charge us for 2 or 3 windows because of the window shape, Energy One simply custom made those windows and saved us a significant amount of money. That might have been the biggest selling point for me- no negotiating, they just did what was in our best interest.Our installation was scheduled for a Wednesday but because it rained that entire week, they had to postpone the installation to Sunday morning. The installer showed up at 8:30 am and worked straight through until 6 pm, finishing the job in one day. I cannot say enough good things about Brian and his crew. They were efficient, kind, left the place spotless and were even mindful of the fact that we had an infant at home and suggested doing the nursery window first to disturb her the least.All in all incredibly grateful for our experience with Energy One and for our beautiful new windows (which look SO MUCH BETTER than our old ones).
Let me start with- we were not in the market for new windows. Someone from Energy One knocked on our door inquiring. We’ve been unhappy with our old wooden windows in our house so we heard them out. Issac came back on an agreed upon Saturday and he was so thorough and kind. He walked us through everything we could think of and eventually we pulled the trigger. He was able to figure out solves for us and made this process I wouldn’t normally want to experience on a Saturday rather pleasant.It took 8ish weeks for our windows to be made. They are made to order. Upon the windows almost being ready, they called to schedule the install which we didn’t have to wait long for the day. They installed all 29 windows in one day. The crew was amazing, attentive and kind as well. They cleaned up very well at the end of the day.The Energy One crew has checked in since the install. We saw one little blemish on a corner and they came out to fix.We wanted some changes in our design process and Issac and the design team were able to help in this. For example we wanted to add a sliding glass door and big picture windows. They gave us suggestions on air flows with certain styles like casements on the side of our kitchen nook. We also have original, unpainted cherry wood trim, chair rail and windows in our home. I wanted to ensure the new vinyl windows would match that Cherry and Issac found a perfect match for us (see picture).We didn’t like our old, wooden windows for sound and energy. We live on a corner lot and the road sound was bad. Since the install, both of those problems have immediately been remedied. We got triple pane and our energy bills have gone down. I’ve waited 1 month to write the review so I could see the effects.Furthermore, they offer plenty of payment options. As I stated at the beginning, I was not in market for this large of a purchase so the payment options were very helpful.Overall, I highly recommend Energy One. Getting new windows is overall not a fun task and they made it so pleasant.
I was skeptical at first because in our digital society having someone knock on the door was odd. I am so glad I worked with the Energy One team! Everyone that I met and worked with through the entire process was great! The sales team was knowledgeable and low pressure. The installers were professional, experienced, and tidy. The communication through the entire process was good. Most of all, the windows are extremely high quality! They look and function very well. There has been an immediate change in the temperature of our house due to the windows being so well insulated. Our home got a much needed upgrade. I would recommend Energy One to anybody on the search for new windows.
Our windows were installed today and look amazing! I was worried about the wood selection for the interior, but it’s turned out to be a near perfect match to our original trim. The trim for the exterior is a great match too! My husband was home during the installation and said it was incredibly quick, and he was able to work from home while they were here. He said everyone was kind and respectful of our house and kept their work very tidy. We can already tell a difference in how quiet our house is. I would highly recommend Energy One!
