We've used My Guys several times on exterior projects over the last 6 years and always had positive experiences. They are usually mid range price wise but excel in responsiveness and customer service even when unavoidable issues arise. They also back up their work. We recently had them out when a door they installed started sticking (probably related to house settling) a year after install. They came, fixed the door, plus another cosmetic issue we hadn't even noticed. Then, when leaving said we "will keep coming back if it happens again" with a smile. In my experience, you don't get that often. Highly recommend!!!
We have trusted My Guys for all of our remodeling needs. Five years ago they replaced our siding with HardiePlank - and if you look at the pictures from this week it looks as good as the day they installed it. They have since replaced all our exterior doors as well as all of the windows in my office. I had some leaking and degraded wood on my door thresholds; Petr did a fantastic job repairing them during the install. Look at the before and after pictures and you'll see why we love and trust My Guys! The old siding was yellow. Our old double window in the office was replaced with a beautiful picture window.
After meeting with 2 other window replacement companies and not getting a good vibe, my neighbor recommended My Guys Remodeling. After Joe came out and measured and gave us a quote, not only was it cheaper than the other companies, but I had a much better interaction and gut feeling about using them. We ended up doing our entire house of 35 windows and we're so glad we used My Guys! Half of our house had replacement "window world" windows that were 10 years old, and already 1/3 were bad, and the other half were original wood with a lot of rot. The replacement windows are very high quality with a professional installation. Unbelievable difference in our home interior temp. They say you'll save money but I was skeptical, within a week we saw a huge difference. The house now stays within a 3 to 4 degree range vs. 10 to 15 degree range. It's definitely a little quieter, too. His entire team is amazing! Always polite, respectful, and super knowledgeable! I wouldn't hire anyone else after using them.
