I had long been in search of a gas strut/pass-thru window for an enclosed porch project but couldn’t pull the trigger on their exhorbitant prices with the niche companies that make them. I found a brand new one listed in eBay through Island Doors and started communicating with Chris. He was very responsive and went above and beyond to answer my continuous questions. Since the price was significantly less than others I’ve found, we decided to purchase it and couldn’t be happier!
