Windows look great and are good quality. The installation was professional and clean. Trim around windows looks great. The gentleman doing installation was polite and explained and answered any questions that I had. Cleaned all the mess up after the install. Only complaint was it took a while for them to come and install them about 5 months after placing order. The installation only took a little less than 1-1/2 days.
Highly recommend WW. This picture window is over 8 feet tall. Had other quotes. 3 things stood out the most. Can match the existing interior trim, wrapped the exterior. And most importantly they have their own crew for installation. Thanks to Randoll, Santana, Keisha, and John.
Although the time from payment to installation was lengthy, we did have customized windows that took longer to build. Once installation started things went very quickly. The entire staff from our estimate to final completion was knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, we would recommend their services and choose them again in the future. We felt that they provided the best value for the dollar.
WW was great to work with. Came out, measured twice on this huge palladium window we have and they all turned out great. 17 windows replaced and they did a fantastic job. Nice crew, well oiled machine and very efficient! Four months from order to install! Two days for Randall and crew to install and they cleaned as they went, no mess in any of the rooms and vacuumed behind my bed!! ????. Highly recommend!
