Zen Windows Carolina

Kudos to the Zen team! They saved us a lot of time throughout the window replacement project. Their process is very streamlined and detail-oriented. We didn’t waste any minutes after we nailed down that we want Zen to take care of this project. This is a great deal, considering the great services, the quality of the windows, the lifetime warranty, the utility bill we will save, etc. We’ve started to plan which windows to replace in the upcoming year and look forward to work with the Zen team again.

This was an excellent experience from the start. Super easy quoting system, no one visited and tried to close us. Very fair pricing. Marco and his installer group were wonderful. They put 22 windows in 1 and bit days. Cleaned up nicely. BUT the Provia triple pane windows are the best. I got them for the insulation purposes but the sound proofing benefit is awesome. I opened the door and a cacophony of bird sound hit me. I couldn’t hear them and I barely hear the racers on 485 and the barking dogs. But they are STUNNING. What a differance! They finished the house remodel. Highly highly recommend.

We got every window in our house replaced as well as a new entry door and sliding glass door. We checked with a handful of companies and Zen was the easiest to work with by far. They never tried to pressure us into agreeing to anything right away for fear of losing some discount. They responded to all of our questions quickly. They understand that if a customer is willing to spend thousands of dollars on a project then it is worth it to take the time and explain each step and all the available options. When it came time for installation they were super efficient and polite. Cleaned up as well as can be expected. When I noticed a very small issue they responded immediately and rectified the situation. I would not hesitate in recommending zen windows.

Zen team was excellent. Salesman Ty was easy to talk with, had no high pressure or last minute sales tactics and stayed in touch appropriately through the process. Measuring man Scott got all window details right and helped schedule the best time for us all. The install team leader Gustavo was great. Explained everything to us before and during the work, his team was courteous and kept our home neat and clean. We love our 31 new windows, house is warmer and less drafty!

We are very happy with the entire new window installation process with Zen windows. They are honest - most importantly - and provide great windows at a great price. Beat out the competition hands down. Good communication as well. Thank you. Glad we found you.
