I interviewed 4 companies and Window Depot was the only company that I actually counted the Windows I needed replaced correctly. Everything was done timely matter, from start to finish. They always kept in touch by email throughout the whole process. until my Windows arrived, then Rob and his associate went to work. They were kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and took their time to make sure each window was installed correctly. I highly recommend this company, from the time I called to schedule the consult, then the quote, and the time frame they said it would take to customized the windows from the manufacturer up until the time they delivered was exactly as they said it would be. If you want your windows or storm doors replaced, this is the company to use. From the first call I placed to when they completed the job, the experience was amazing. The sales part was very informative and Wes did a wonderful job heading up the install. We were amazed how clean our house was after they worked here. We haven't had windows this clean in a long time. This company is very thorough and you can tell they care about the customer. Job well done!
Wes earned a 5-star review because the installation of a casement window in my newly remodeled bathroom was perfect! He arrived on time. Extraction of old window happened without any damage to the existing structure. Installation of the casement window happened fast, even though on a ladder up on the 2nd floor. Fit and finish of the window and trim was without blemish. I could not have asked for better! Good job, Wes!!!
